Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying Talo. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Talo, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of Starter and Quarterly plans.
2. Lifetime — Early Bird
The Lifetime — Early Bird plan is also covered by the 14-day guarantee. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
3. Subsequent renewals
Renewal charges (after your first billing period) are non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your billing portal. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@talo.app from the email address on your account. Include your order number (from your Gumroad receipt) and a brief reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds appear on the original payment method, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across accounts), or violation of our Terms of Service.
6. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not override, any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your jurisdiction (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
